One of the best same response in Valhalla can't beat the price can beat the quality of the food the Customer Service is amazing I've been going there for the past 10 years

Pretty good food, got a wrap and it tasted amazing without any condiments, nice staff as well. Service was amazing. The ambiance felt just like as if you were in the city!!!

Being as though I'm not from the area, I turned to Yelp to find a "quick" bite to eat after attending a burial at the nearby Gates of Heaven Cemetary. This little deli was just what I needed. The inside is small and has no seating, yet it's spacious enough to move around if there's a long queue of customers. They have a hot food bar and a variety of cold salads, along with an extensive sandwich and wrap menu. I ordered a BEC on a Kaiser roll and it was served within 3-5 minutes. The price is right. I paid under $9 for the sandwich and a large coffee. The bread was fresh and my sandwich hit the spot, satisfying my hunger for the long ride home.

I recall coming to this deli before the new owners, and there is only one word to describe it...DUSTY! The new owners have invested into the look and products. The place looks great, and the food and customer service is on point as well. If you want a salad for lunch, this is the place to go. I bought a salad yesterday, and I ate 2 full servings from it, and get this, I still have two more servings to go before it's finished. The best part of it is that it's less than $10. For 9.36, you get a huge helping of one protein, and whatever other toppings you want. Unless, you plan to share this with someone, I recommend that you don't put dressing on it, so that you're able to eat it later. Panera won't be seeing me anymore for their high dollar salads. Knollwood deli all the way. Besides, I'd rather support local businesses in the area. I haven't tried any of the hot food, but I will update my post whenever that happens.

Super fast service, fresh food and good prices. Bacon on a toasted roll with butter and small coffee is just $4.50. Seem to be doing everything right.

Truly yummilicious sandwiches. Had a combo tuna/egg salad salad - with l, t, and onions - and for $6.50, the sandwich was lunch and dinner! Will try to find my way back for more ASAP.

There's one rickety-rackety deli (according to my husband) on Rt. 119- that I will never visit. But Knollwood is as true of a Deli- as you're going to get. It's like that typical BX, NYC, BK or QNS corner Deli- where you get the Boar's Head Sandwiches, the sodas, yada yada yada. But here...you're getting 'Gourmet' more. Smoothie station has a variety of Fruits and Nuts in small canisters, they got the Griddle going for hot Sandwiches and refreshments on right. Plus these guys have a unique agenda going with hot ready-made items on warmer trays filled with either Sautéed Broccoli, Roasted Salmon, and a variety of meats plus other entrées. Quite honestly, I thought this was an interesting setup. My Vegetarian Eggplant/Mozzarella/Roasted Peppers W/ Balsamic- warm pressed Sandwich was very good. Eggplant was sliced paper-thin just the way I like it- and couldn't have asked for more.
